Heat oil and fry the paneer cubes , keep aside
Add hing for tadka and chopped onion, fry till golden colour.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2mins.
Add tomato puree and all masalas, cook till oil separated from the side.
Now add boiled dal , salt and sugar. Add water and cook for another 2mins
Add fried paneer and cook . Pour the cooked dal in serving. sprinkle chopped coriander and chopped chillies.
Heat ghee and add chopped garlic , fry 1 minute and add 1/2 tsp Chilly powder. Pour this tadka on the paneer dal.
Paneer Dal fry is ready to serve.
